01 Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use the service:
- Identifying details: name, email address, age and gender — required to create a profile.
- A profile photo that you choose to upload.
- Coarse location data (city / club) used to show real-time presence — not retained after you leave the event.
- Usage data: logins, taps, session time and device characteristics — used to improve the service.
- Internal communication: messages between users (Chat) used solely to operate the service.
02 How We Use the Information
- Powering the live feed — showing who is currently at the club in real time.
- Creating and displaying matches between users who expressed mutual interest.
- Sending push notifications about new matches, messages and club updates.
- Anonymous analysis of usage patterns to improve the product experience.
- Preventing abuse, identity fraud and illegal activity.
03 Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Information may be shared only in the following cases:
- Infrastructure providers (server, storage, push) essential to operating the service — under strict confidentiality agreements.
- When required by law, a court order or a regulatory requirement.
- In the event of a merger, acquisition or change of ownership — under terms identical to this policy.
04 Storage and Security
Information is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and databases with restricted access permissions. We aim to store personal information for the minimum time required to operate the service.
Location data is not retained after a user marks that they left the club, or after 24 hours from the last check-in.
05 Your Rights
- Access: request to see all the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: correct inaccurate information in your profile.
- Deletion: request full deletion of your account and data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent: stop receiving marketing messages at any time.

06 Cookies and Tracking
The app itself does not use cookies. The landing page may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand visitor traffic. You can block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
07 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material updates will be published in the app with at least 7 days' prior notice. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
